The sign of a good transformational shift is not the words you can put it into, as it's often the case that no words do the experience justice, but after the shift, when you insert yourself back into the cultural flow around you that you notice your vibration is not entirely in sync (and you walk around with a persistent grin) THEN you see that you are not the same as you were before. This past Energy Exchange resulted in such an experience for me, and the participants that I've heard from, that to describe the effects would be in danger of being gibbly-gook, for how do you truly explain a tone, a vibration and the moment of change in words.
It's my pleasure to open my home and allow my higher mind to suggest the starting point and to gather whatever tools I find to support a physical experience of visionary concepts of consciousness expansion. This month we brought to the dialogue a deliberate journey into the distinction between our higher mind -the conceiver, our physical brain - the receiver, and our physical mind - the perceiver of the reality that results from the application of the information downloaded (from the higher mind). We explored the mechanism of this and the use of the pineal gland in this process. The pineal gland, euphemistically called the 'seat of the soul', regulates DMT, the neuro-chemical transmitter that affects the neuro-electrical and neuro-chemical pathways in our bodies. The idea is that DMT, which is naturally produced by the brain, is vibrationally keyed to receive higher vibrational frequencies and determines how much you are focused in physical or nonphysical reality. Indigenous shamans know the importance of accessing this process in their journeys outside of time and space and into the mystical world of god, experiencing the higher view in a physical body.
Granted, this is quite a head-full of information about getting out of your head, but the discussion lured us into a pre-trance for what followed. In this amazing process of aligning with your higher mind, or more simply put, getting our physical mind out of the way of the higher mind message, the process of downloading information from the higher view thus then engages physicality by passing through the crystallizing, solidifying patterns that are the definitions, the belief systems, of our physical personality construct. Personal reality results from this process and as such, addressing the beliefs where this higher mind message filters in through the definitions is an important component of how clearly the higher message is understood and therefore expressed in our life experiences. Just how much do you want to talk to god, all-that-is or your soul face to face? For me, it's accessing my own version of truth and having the encyclopedia of all that I need to know when I need to know it. It's accessing the matrix, outside of time/space and instantly shifting through more useful, less cluttered versions of myself. It's experiencing all that already exists from a different perspective. It's the magic. It's change. It's my evolutionary impulse (to coin a phrase from Andrew Cohen).
After that, we then utilized an interesting meditation using a specific image that engages with the part of the brain that processes dimensional transitioning. By looking at the 2D image in such a way as to see it 'jump off the page' into a 3D representation we joined with the part of the brain where we dimensionally shift from 2D to 3D to 4D to 5D and so on. By using the "trip" around the spiraling image and exploring four concepts on the path: desire, definition, dedication and detachment...as it applies to core belief, the idea is then to incite into consciousness not only hidden core beliefs, but the ways in which to restructure them toward higher serving structures. (email me if you'd like a copy of this with instructions). Over time of using this once daily, it's told to infiltrate your dreams and align more synchronicities to show up into your life. In essence, it's a expansion tool to aid you to more easily be in a higher state in order to view the beliefs. Good for those who want a multi-dimensional tool in their bag. For me, personally, it's begun to trigger some aspects I've not noticed before and the solutions of detachment. And some sychronicities are showing up.
***update 3/4/09: An amazing amount of sychronicities have shown up in the last week. I have to say I'm excited and amazed at the rate and how life altering some of them have been***
Whew! And that was just in the morning before lunch!
After some delicious shared food, which is a ceremony in itself, we continued. We then had the pleasure to have T. share with us some amazing transformational sounds with his bowls and gong. Personally, I became sound. And, by this time my individual identity was expanded into a lovely all-ness that is still unfolding four days later. We followed that up with an activation by first opening the crown chakra and then into the power of the pineal gland by accessing a meditation shared from an online group specifically for pineal activation. It was loaded with interesting information, but by the end of it our energy was in a space undefinable! I was sensing us expanded beyond the confines of our bodies. And words...well...what's to really say after that...?
This all may sound a bit wordy and perhaps unnecessary to understand the inner muscle of following our intuition, but at times of crisis having a clear idea of which mind you are interacting with will make a difference in which path you choose in relationship to that crisis. And even in times of peaceful states, having a chummy relationship with your higher, far seeing point of view, will differentiate the journey in profound ways. Becoming aware of the beliefs and strongly interacting through awareness of the pineal that has introduced more out of time/space moments, for me personally, has put me on an continually expanding trajectory without the roller coaster ride of ups and downs, faith and doubt, good and bad. It's self perpetuating and unlike all that's come before.
This Energy Exchange day presented me with a personal Bowen session with A. and P. an important Wavemaker session with M. The EmoTrance technique shared from T. on M. gave us all a go with our own issue in the process. And the finale was L. bringing the Galvanic spa and ironing a few years off my face in minutes. It really just doesn't get much better then that...vanity speaking!
The talk was intelligent, deep, humorous and profound. The interactions were thick with pure divine love, and the doorways of new pathways revealed. It was a perfect day with perfect people.
The next gathering will be aimed toward exploring the expansion by becoming more aware of awareness, becoming more sensitive to the energies and states around us and that we hold, and to engage more fully with the higher mind through imagination. I hope to dig up some fun 'hands on' tools and exercises for us to more fully engage with and pull visionary ideas into physical reality. But as always, whatever shows up on the day is one of perfection. (Check my site soon for the date early May.)

27 February: We Are One
It's interesting to host a group of energy workers/enthusiasts and see how things shuffle around once you set intention and hold a state of that intention and see who is attracted to that intention. This months attendees, when the day arrived, was a group of nine. What I liked was the fact that the males outnumbered the females and that the younger males, 14-20something were represented, interested and ready to get into some transformation. There was a strong representing of Matrix Energetics when we broke into "playing with energy" although most have trained in other energy psychology techniques as well.
We began the day with a reading of some Bashar teachings on Prime Radiant: everything is made out of one particle. I was intrigued to see how this group would respond to the information because after my initial exposure to the idea, it transformed my success in "working" with other people into a more effective process. In fact, it's been showing up as incredible psychic impulses that are a supercharged version of what I already knew.
The response was mixed as it is initially a mind-boggling, hard-to-get-your-head around concept. Once we considered the message, we played with looking at an object or another person and in our imagination seeing this one particle, moving at infinite speed, in infinite directions interacting with itself in infinite expressions, infinite experiences, different levels, making it appear that things are solid when in fact it is intricate energy patterns that create what we where looking at. It was a challenge for some to get the one particle idea and therefore to experience no separation of yourself from everything around you. Other comments were difficulty getting the concept of literally one particle, one thing, not one type of particle.
Interestingly, it set the stage when we began playing/working with each other energetically as, to my surprise, staying as ONE group mirroring and interacting with each other. It was a dance moving in a rhythm of expansion that we allowed from something higher. Chatting, playing with energy and showing those who had no experience with Matrix Energetics what we were doing, letting them experience it. Slowly we moved around being drawn to one person or another shifting energy, noticing change, and allowing what showed up. It became clearer to me that we, the one particle, as it interacted with itself in dynamic patterns called nine people was actually one shared shift. In fact, the rest of the day we stayed as one.
We broke for a delicious shared lunch and shared more "oneness". The talk staying happily about energy and transformation and techniques and clearing and shifting.
G. led the group in an initial stretch and breathing routine. It was a useful way to start energy moving. T. shared with us Emo-trance and it's smothing effect. M. brought her WaveMaker device and during the course of the rest of the day we grouped informally to chatting, shifting energy and watching and participating in M.'s application of this device and use of energy psychology to get to clear the known and unknown reasons why we sabotage ourselves and hold onto non-serving beliefs. Speaking for myself, it was a fantastic experience as everyone else's sessions touched on aspects of myself. (we are all one, after all) But more fun was holding the copper bars and experiencing energy, emotion, belief, imagery come up and melt away effortlessly and quickly, letting M. lead me to a place where I certainly wouldn't have gotten to myself. I'm still feeling the effects.
I believe that all those here benefited and left with more or less then what they came with, depending on their needs of gaining or releasing, and/or both. I'm excited for next month's gathering as each and every time the intention of energy transformation called Energy Exchange draws like-intentioned playmates together, the more I personally experience shifting into a more authentic version of ME.
Next months play will include a teaching with exercises to help open exploration of our different minds: higher mind, physical brain, physical mind and the process of downloading information from our higher mind in it's original form.
